
Black Family Wellness Expo

The Black Family Wellness Expo 2025 is a free, public event designed to empower Black families through health, education, and holistic wellness. Hosted by the Farmington Valley (CT) Chapter and Greater Hartford (CT) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, this event will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Artists Collective in Hartford, CT. The Expo brings together leading health professionals, community organizations, and wellness experts to provide essential resources that promote a healthier, stronger community.
Attendees will have access to free health screenings, fitness activities, and wellness resources aimed at improving overall well being. The event will also feature educational sessions on health advocacy, financial literacy, and self-care, as well as hands-on activities that promote holistic wellness. Local organizations will be present to connect individuals and families with valuable community resources.
As part of our commitment to fostering healthy lifestyles, a free nutritious lunch will be provided to all attendees. Whether you are looking to take charge of your health, learn new wellness strategies, or engage with your community, the Black Family Wellness Expo is the perfect opportunity to do so in an engaging and supportive environment.
