Hosted by the Farmington Valley (CT) Chapter and the Greater Hartford (CT) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, the Expo will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Artists Collective (1200 Albany Ave.; Hartford, CT).
The Expo brings together healthcare providers, wellness professionals, and community-based organizations to deliver culturally responsive resources that support healthier individuals, families, and communities. Attendees will have access to free health screenings, fitness and movement activities, and practical wellness tools focused on physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
Resources provided will cover topics such as health advocacy, self-care, and financial literacy, alongside interactive, hands-on activities designed to promote whole-person wellness across the lifespan. Community partners will also be onsite to connect families with ongoing services and local resources.
